Unique vs Legend Title

Hello I would like to ask if I should use Teary-eyed title or Sharing Goddess's Grief title I'm an Elemental Sniper. *I'm not using super high end items*

General formular is: ATK * (1+%ele atk)* (1+%FD)
1/Teary-eyed
468k attk
2.8m HP
3178FD = 7.4% (level 95 nest)
47.52 dark attk

Sniper have CP give 50% FD, that will be add in the formular.
Total damage = 468 * (1+0.4752) * (1+0.074+0.5) = 1086.7k
2. SGG
447k attk
3.03m HP
3248FD = 7.6% (nest 95)
55.52 dark attk
Total damage = 447 * (1+0.5552)*(1+0.076+0.5) = 1095.5k

1095.5k > 1086.7k, so SGG is better (around 0.82%)
