i think it's like a "buy 1 take 1 not for free" promo of the event, buy a jelly, you get more jelly, you get more than what you've paid for.
well, remember, "EZ CALYPSE GEARZ" requires a large sum of jelly to actually be successful on enhancing... be on the lookout, they might make that day an enhancement rate event as well, its always a surprise as to when they will launch an event like that
