Can you buy DNP Coupons in cash shop now?

I used to play DNSEA when it was still with CC, and I used to be able to trade CC with DNP in the cash shop. Is this thing still possible to do right now? Please respond

No you cannot buy DNP. DNP are rewards now from events etc. No longer under CC, so things are diff.
