All Lv 5 spirits have the stats you listed above, but at random %. For example, high matk, low matk, high patk, low patk and so forth. The random stats are given when you lvl the spirit up, with Lv 5 having the FD stat and up to 2% matk or atk.

Yes, so you can keep rerolling and feeding to try get better stats. I don't recommend it tho. The dmg gain is small and you should save dungeon points to get Teardrop title instead.
