Total enhancement rate during event + berlin friendship

I'm planning to enhance my medea weaps to +20 on the next enhancement rate boost event. I already know that the 30% boost is multiplicative to 70% chance of success for an overall total of 91% but the question is.. Does berlin still provide a slight boost when my friendship with him is at 100? What will be the final overall total of my enhancement rate?

I'm asking this question because if the rate will reach 100%, that means I won't use jelly at +10-18 since 60 JELLIES PER PIECE IS TOO FKIN OP FOR ME.. Thank you.

Now could you also share which kind soul told you this piece of information? There is ZERO info ingame or in sites which links friendship to enhancement success rates. No, having 100% or even -100% friendship has no impact on enhancement.
