Hacked or that you somehow gave your information away? If you cannot use your account to file a 1:1 inquiry, I dare say the account is lost. You could try use whatever screenshots you have and report via a new account but the probability of success is minute.

The only way to reach DN SEA staffs is by customer service's 1:1 (at website's bottom-right of the screen)
you got to login 1st, they will reply through email
