i cant get daily quest

i just reached level 95 yesterday, still i cant get daily quest

If you can't get daily quest from "Hirendel's Barrier" by talking to the sentry on merca's port, you will have to first enter the 2 dungeons before the daily quest for those 2 dungeon will show up.

I've done this with my main quest and as soon as i entered the 2 dungeons because i needed to in order to complete the chapter on my main quest, i've "unlocked" the 2 daily quest on those 2 dungeons.

You probably need to wait until next day's 9am for daily tasks and daily quests (not so sure about daily quests though) to show up.
For weekly tasks, wait until next Saturday's 9am.
