Only Epic Weapons can be obtained via Gacha Box. Costumes are attained by Costume Synthesis. -

Yes. you can get the Gentleman Thief's Mace from Gacha Box if you're lucky enough to get a [Synthesis Epic Weapon Exchange Coupon].
