The only way is to just work around it.
Put a placeholder on those links and edit it in afterwards.

I always do that. Just this one time I didn't.. With no moderators, perhaps they should do something about this dysfunctional system.

Edit: the thread is up now. Just took some 24 hours to appear...

Bypassing it, makes it seem like we're overriding authority. Therefore I believe Xenocho mentioning it is a good wake up call. Either improve it or remove it entirely.
