A notification panel on client launcher

Please look at the title, it would be great to have a small section on the client to where we could see if there is any event going on, or a maintenance, because the slider wouldn't even tell if its maintenance or not, if there is any latest event like "Ride with PM TASHA" event etc.

Totally agree with this one. I had to reboot my PC because it froze when I tried to log in earlier. If I had seen that a "maintenance" was going on, I wouldn't have done so.
