  • DNP not received for players who bought EC through Steam during the event

    Players who bought EC through Steam during the DNP back event are not getting their DNP.

    Comment here if you are having the same problem. Lets get this resolved.

          yus. i have yet to receive mine even after submitting tickets. ;-;

            I've also tried submitting tickets but it keeps saying "submission failed. contact administrator". Is anyone else experiencing that or am I dummy.

              youre not the only one. ive read forums of people having the same problem. mine went through but its done through cherry credits.

              Alright thanks for letting me know. I'll try submitting a ticket through cherry credits aswell.

                try submitting a ticket, and make sure you're logged in on the home page, and they'll either fix it or you might get an email saying:
