DNP not received for players who bought EC through Steam during the event
I still have not received my dnp. Got it through steam as well.
try submitting a ticket, and make sure you're logged in on the home page, and they'll either fix it or you might get an email saying:

Dear Player,
Thank you for contacting Cherry Credits. Please note that only those players who recharged 30,000 EYECash or more from 15th October, 00:00Hrs to 16th October, 23:59Hrs (PST) will be eligible for the 100% DNP rebate.
There has been a slight delay in the crediting of DNP for some players due to unforseen circumstances. This has been addressed and resolved just today.
If you have have met all the event criteria and did not receive your DNP rebate, reply to this ticket with your IGN (Dragon Nest character name) and a screenshot of your transaction receipt for us to investigate and assist further.
