Spiredrake Sorry for the late reply since i don't go on forum much, but i did it by clearing out the storage slot and left some spaces for the items that was gone. Then it was back after I relogged.

Description: (Awakening Laser Ray description:Can be use when you have 30+ laser Energy.Consumes 5 laser energy every 1 second to concentrate laser on the hand to deal continuous damage.)
The bug with this ability is that there are times where Animation of Laser Ray would go off,however Laser Ray and Laser Energy would not deal damage or be consumed,instead your character would be stationary allowing you to move the direction of laser ray like it originally does.Only way to break out of this animation is by blinking or dodging.

Actual result:No Damage dealt/No Laser Energy Consumed.(Your party members can also see this bug)
Expected resultamage per tick/Laser energy consumed per tick
Temporary Solution (work-around): So far its waiting on cooldown to use the skill again and pray it doesn't bug on you again.

Alright because I'm literally getting no response as to rather admins are aware of these problems are not,I've decided to not bother with war mage,bought a job change coupon and went Ice mage.Now,the bug not only happends to war mage,BUT with ice mage as well and it's really annoying.So I would like it if the admins or dev at least notify that they are aware of this crap seriously.

Frequency of error-randomly(about 40% of the time) and No It is not because of lag especially when my Ping is 20-80 all the time.

Description-(Awakening Glacial Field description:Creates a frozen area,enemies inside the area takes continious damage and a 30% chance to freeze)
(Awakening Frost Chaos description;Enhance when inside Glacial Field allowing 3 charges)
The problem with this is if Glacial field does not properly execute,Frost chaos becomes useless AF making that awakening skill pretty useless.

Actual result-Glacial field does not proc or does damage,it's just an animation + visual where literally the spell just sits there doing nothing.
Expected result-Glacial field does continuous damage allowing Frost chaos to proc
Temporary Solution (work-around):-Praying that after the long cd is over that it works again or else another LONG cd wait time.

This is the video of my run with a friend,as you can see,It happened not once,But "three" times in a row until I got to the boss where it FINALLY works and you can see my connection is stable and fine along with being able to see everything going on.This is getting annoying so if a dev or admin can please response allowing me to know I am not being ignored.

Description: Enhance transferring RDN L to IDN L is twice the price it is supposed to be, Where in other versions, kdn, sea, eu, tw, and so on, it is supposed to be half the value. For example +12 to 10 is supposed to be 23k where its 45k currently.
Reproduction steps:
1. - Craft IDN L piece
2. - Obtain high enhanced RDN L piece
3. - Enhance Transfer at blacksmith

1. This has been happening since I started playing again (last tie I played was before the transfer).
2. One of my friends who are playing with me are also having this problem, and we haven't found a solution.
3. Pretty much, whenever I have a Main Quest NPC I have to talk to in the dungeon after completing it, I'm unable to click on the NPC to talk to them, I can't use the keyboard to talk to them either. My cursor doesn't change. I was able to talk to a side quest NPC without any trouble, but I absolutely cannot talk to the Main Quest NPC. I also can't F12 to leave the dungeon because I have to complete the quest.

Expected Result: Cursor change, able to click NPC.
Actual Result: No cursor change, can't F12 to leave the dungeon, can't talk to NPC.
Temporary Solution: Exiting the game, rebooting it, and redoing the whole dungeon.

Thank you. Literally the only thing I ever wanted (aside from actually fixing the spirit) is getting ANY response from a mod, GM, anyone relevant. All my complaining I understand is quite annoying and have just been looking for some sort of response. You doing this makes me feel ever so much better. No response on anything since the issue occurred and that was most frustrating part.

2. Use "Arror Storm"
3. Use "Silver Hunter"
4. Look at skill description "Arror Storm"
5. Use "Arror Storm"

Expected result:
"Arrow Storm" shows the same description in Normal mode and Silver Hunter mode. It deals slightly higher damage in Silver Hunter mode than Normal mode, as Silver Hunter mode increase magic damage by certain % of INT.
Actual result:
"Arrow Storm" shows "1020% damage" in Normal mode but "284% damage" in Silver Hunter mode.
It deals 14M per hit and 113,171,295 in total in Normal mode, but 4M per hit and 31,020,843 in total in Silver Hunter mode.
Temporary Solution (work-around): There is no way to get around this. I have to stay in Normal mode.
