                I entered the new Halloween detective event and realized that I couldn't loot anything, and since then I haven't been able to hit/damage any enemies in any context and haven't been able to loot anything either, with or without a pet.

                Edit: This was yesterday. Since then I have both reloaded my game and restarted my computer with no improvement.

                  Contacted the 1:1 enquiry and was told the problem should have been fixed at 9am this morning and it is now 8pm. They referred me to this forum in the email and decided to post hoping that this will be fixed. I’ve come back after a few years away to having lost my character, to some transfer, that had hundreds of dollars and hours invested into it and I was more than happy to start again from scratch but not being able to progress and do any dungeons is very very fustrating. I haven’t used any 3rd party modifications at all on my computer. Please fix this.

                    I sent a ticket and they sent me here to report the bug. Basically, I was doing one of the new level 95 dungeons : forest illusions I fell in the spider web and then fell on a trampoline that launched me into the sky and I was stuck up there until my party member had to complete the whole dungeon without me. After I entered a dungeon again and I wasn't able to hit anything and some of my skills don't work. As far as I know, only this character is affected. They said my character was locked due to 3rd party software but I don't use any.
