  • E-mail change didn't register?

    I recently swapped my e-mail address (not a disposable e-mail address, but close in name (using mail.com)) and verified via the new e-mail account but I cannot log in?

    I keep getting an "incorrect login info" for both e-mail addresses now. I changed my e-mail several days ago. I purchased a champion pass and now have lost several days of bonuses on it.

    Okay, so, for anybody else reading the thread and clueless, there was a mass ban as of today of accounts using the following email address domains:

    @yopmail.com
    @dropmail.me
    @10mail.org
    @noicd.com
    @yomail.info
    @emltmp.com
    @gustr.com

    Now, Elasah, your domain doesn't match any of those, so I would assume that your account is fine. Let's assume for the moment that that's the case.

    First order of business is to figure out which email address is the correct one.

    My recommendation would be to try the "Forgot password" option at the login page here.

    Take your time when typing your email addresses during this step so there are no mistakes
    Enter the new email first and see if it accepts that and sends you a replacement password.
    If that doesn't work, then the old email is probably the correct one to be using. Try the "forgot password" on the old email after that.

    If you cannot get the website to send you a replacement password for either account, then update us here.

      I tried to log in using both e-mail addresses and received the "incorrect login info" error.
      I also tried submitting a replacement password via "Forgot password" to both e-mails but received the same above error.

        Alright, that isn't good.

        There isn't anything else I can think to do for you or recommend.

        This is the form for submitting a ticket to CC's support staff. Maybe they can help you?

        I wish you the best of luck, I'm sorry I couldn't give you a working answer.

          Day 5: No response, no fix.

            No update so far, still cannot access

            Considering I main a Saint and can't access awakening... much sadness. Losing days on Champion pass.. salt on the wounds.

              Have you received any news from Cherry Credits regarding my account?

              I haven't received any responses or updates. It has been 8 days so far (not bad, I guess) but I purchased a champion pass and already lost several days and was planning on renewing it with the coupon. I also missed an entire week's worth of nests.

              I wouldn't mind as much if I received some updates once in a while.

                Day 12: No response.

                I know people complained about Nexon's customer service... but I received responses and solution fixes from Nexon within 2 days (typically next day solution). But never with ED/CC.

                Come on ED, leaving horrible images constantly to the player base...
