Regarding Elestra's Frozen debuff

so i read somewhere in this forum that Elestra's frozen debuff (+20% damages) which provides by ice sphere and glacial field stack with other debuff? is this true? i mean, does frozen debuff stack with all debuff such as provoking slam of Sword Masters?
