Which is better Attack power or str on 3rd plate stats? since in we will be getting the 50% str integrated in master 1

Plate with high ATK power > STR plate.
Stat plate is comparable (maybe) if the class is a 1:1 stat to atk gain or has high stat boost like DA's 90%.
