I regret to trust this Seller :(

Hi Guys!

I recently got scammed by a Seller Named Fritz Flores @ Facebook. At first, I was scared because it was gold first then he traded the CC code to me. In my mind, he was trusted because he was using his main named "EddSheran" and legit hand the CC codes which my main used to join the event.

After some day, I decided to buy to him because on that moment, I trusted him. So he used his dummy account named "MadFishh." I was suspecting at that moment since he didnt use his main account. I traded him 14k gold and after for awhile, he said that 5k cc is no longer available. I traded him back and he took too long to accept the "OK" button so I was suspecting that time. What I thought in my head was right, he cancelled the trade and go to the mail box and logged off. I message him at FB but unfortunately, he blocked me.

After several minutes, he chatted again and made up a story that someone hacked him (Maybe he realized that I know the main account of him). Lol, he was banned at some DN pages for scamming, its not new to made up stories like that.

As a poor player from Philippines, I admit that its my fault to buy that amount for gold because I dont have money to fund my cherry credits but as a buyer and a player, I've got the right to defend and report someone who is fraud, scamming and abusing poor players like me for there own benefits. I hope new players like me would learn from the mistake I've been through.

Fritz Flores Facebook account is a scammer, i cant say that it is the exact person using the facebook account since anyone can do it while using the Facebook account named "Fritz Flores"

And since you transacted outside the game, and dealt with a person you dont know for CC to Gold, then i suppose this report won't be entertained by 1:1 support since CC code selling and buying is illegal in many ways, this is a bit of the same way as exchanging gold with real money but instead the money is already been converted as ingame currency.

And this guy may seem to be trolling you... this is guy is shameless, looks like you got scammed by a complete scum, i suppose this person will face his worst karma soon enough.

no, 1:1 support will not entertain any illegal actions made by the player and especially the inquirer himself, he bought CC codes from outside source and also not even a trusted one, buying and selling of CC codes is illegal, this will not be entertained and he might even get banned, so dont try doing it, and i hope i am not too late you havent send a ticket to support

What Mr.Shovels mean is that for in point, direct CC to Gold trading is an illegal action in itself and therefore not answerable by ED.

If you truly want to provide evidence of such 'scamming', in the flipside you are admitting yourself that you did an illegal act yourself.

TL;DR Since direct CC to Gold trading is illegal, you are in essence reporting yourself also. Now, you would not want that do you?

let him be Skyros , i do think if he doesn't think of his actions thoroughly he might get himself in trouble and yet waste his efforts for nothing, i've had of people thinking they know what they are doing and acting smart but they are not, putting up a facade like that and telling us that you want to be a hero and report him and yourself, then so be it, we won't stop you

Mr.Shovels Cut the guy some slack. I think they do not know that direct CC to Gold trading is illegal. Well, for a time I didn't until Verbena clarified the legality of such action during the TagaCebura incident. It really is a 'gray' area.

No, in this case, reporting this wouldn't be a matter of having the right to do so, ED might even ban you for depending on a seller that illegally sells CC codes and advertising it ingame via bluebird, this isn't advisable for many players to do because of the risks and this does not abide to rules and policies made by the company to the game, as a player, you have the responsibility to follow these rules
