Game duplicate login bug can't process to character window

Dear DN SEA Moderators, GM or any responsible people about Game Bug, I would like to report this "Duplicate Login Bug".

I was playing DN this afternoon without any problem there. But after AFK for few minutes I found it's like no internet connection, I tried to type any word on the Chat Box but it doesn't appeared. So I decide to Exit Game then relog.
Then this Bug happen when I'm entering Game Login. It says "Duplicate Login. Please try again shortly."
Usually if this happen, just need to click "OK" button then it would continue to next process "Character Window"
But not at this matter, today, Even I pressed "OK" button many times it doesn't process to the next "Character Window".
Only stuck on that "Duplicate Login" notification forever @_@

So, please check this bug issue and fix this. I'm sure this happened not only to me... @_@

same here cant login i've tried clicking enter key rapidly(lol) but the message still popping up

It's an issue faced by several people. Most likely while you were disconnected from your char, your char was not disconnected from the server, hence it being "still online" and triggering a "server still recognises your connectiion."

There is no choice but to wait up to 30 mins for your char to get auto disconnected. No other technical advice was given.

Ah, I see... Now I can relogin normally after -/+ 30 mins. But Long Black Loading Screen now occurred @_@
