Lancea Skill Plates Not Working!

Hi all.

There has been many reports between players that the skill plates for the following skills are not working:
1. [Awakened] Spinning Cut (-20% CD and +20% DMG)
2. [Awakened] Hornet's Touch (-20% CD)
3. [Awakened] Poking Beehive (-20% CD) - Refer Post #3

The pictures below illustrate the issues:

I think I test my SB a lot last night and found out that PB Animation isn't the same as the awakening preview.
There are some sort of millisecond delay/hang/lag after the Drill lands on ground.

I will try to post the video here once i get in touch with my SB.

I'm wearing -20% CD on Poking Beehive.

Here is my skill
It says CD is 16 Seconds.



Then I go to Slayer Training Grounds.
Poking Beehive goes 20 seconds CD as you see on skill bar.




I slammed my Print Screen to get this proof, that Awakened Poking Beehive CD goes 20 seconds.
