[Eydentity Games] Server Disconnection Issue

Issue : 90% 1st loading at saint haven map, and 100% portal disconnection.

IGN: Mickman keeps disconnecting high ping 220ms in game network delay but 25ms on browser speedtest random dc before starting pvp random close of client random dc on portal random occurrence of duplicate log in l already re installed the game a number of times did a clean registry ISP is globe DSL OS windows 10 home updated . I dont lag on any game like PUBG or dota on max settings only this game is the server still located at SEA playing on 144 hertz 1080p. Already sent a ticket but still no decent response from technical team.

and the worst are the DC more frequent at last boss room
