precheck resource failed dragon nest

Admin can i ask which Game Client part/resource should i download so i can play Dragon nest again? this error keeps popping whenever i enter the game. i got the logs on the link

Have you tried fake IP to log in the game ?
Some countries have been IP blocked by ED
