Bugged Skill Initialization Scroll

I claimed the free skill initialization scroll, but I cannot click nor use it. Please have a look into the problem. IGN: LANCIAR
I did sent a ticket, but there has been no reply.

Same. Hornet's Touch still bugged. Claimed the scroll but can't use. Gestures still bugged too. IGN: Seravione

I thought I am the only one bugged here. They may fix it in the next mt or patch if it affects a lot of people.
