DN Not Responding After Opening Cinematic

Edit: Yes, when I got here I read that it was maintenance today.

Saw a previous topic but it was last year and I don't want to necro it so I just decided to make a new one.

This started an hour ago.

Whenever I tried to press the esc key the game hangs and I'm forced to do the CRTL+ALT+DEL to get out of it.

When I tried to wait it out, It just gives me an "Unable to connect to the login server" message.

I want someone to give me some insights on why that is happening, not some bunch of people giving me irrelevant replies.

seriously , use your common sense, it will definitely will hang since it's trying to find the website but no website to found since the server is down.

This somehow happens when a connection cannot be established between the client and the server. Are you actually trying to ask why this happens?

Well provide some additional information like:
1. When do you start the game? Is it during the maintenance?
2. Do you check your internet connection? like try to connect to other thing such as Google when this thing happen.
3. What country you comes from? What ISP? some countries like Vietnam has IP block to DNSEA.
