Your pop-up blocker is blocking the dragon nest site from downloading the installer.

Download the installer from https://sea.dragonnest.com/game/download and make sure to choose "Allow pop-up from this site: sea.dragonnest.com"

Because there is no other alternative to download DN SEA, if you do find an alternate site that lets you download an installer of DN SEA, better not because it might be tampered

pop-up blocker? i see... i am using chrome and i have set its settings to block pop-up windows, i am not sure why it didn't work for you but if you're using IDM, it won't be a problem

additional question...where can i make DN login ID? i cant login..when i register in the website, its only the email and pass no login id or create account for DN?

your email is your login username for the game, verify your email first before you plan to play, you still have to do it before it accepts your registration
