    This message pops up before i even starts to transfer.
    Anyone know how to solve this?

              I had the same problem. Just make sure your email address here is similar to your email in cherry credits. Hope this will fix your problem as well

                  If you still have issues:

                  1.- It may be because you logged into the game before applying for transfer. Your in-game account is already made and it cannot be overwrote. Create a new account.

                  2.- Your email is different from your Cherry account, try using the same.

                  If you are gonna create a new account and you already used your preferred email in the old one, you can change it in the settings.

                    Hi All,

                    My 1st post here on the forums.
                    Basically, I had the same issue as TS (please see attached pic).

                    Did anyone else encounter this issue and solved it?
                    I am using the same email account for the transfer.

                    Anyways, I've already contacted 1:1 support.

                    Starting from scratch is not an option as one of my char is a guildmaster.

                    Looking forward for positive responses

                      Try what I posted above and clear cookies and cache. If it doesn't work just wait for the support ticket.

                    I was advised to register a new ED account and use the new one for the transfer.
                    Transition is successful and I was able to login.
