Ticket has been sent since Sunday
2 days now, still can't login to game but website
No respond email or GM reply.
Please fix this problem! ty.

Day 3, got the email from ticket last night, said problem was solved
But still can't login due to "Dual Login. Please try loggin in later"

Dual Login is easy to fix : Basically the game didn't detect you being ''log off'', need a GM to manually kick you to force a disconnect or wait the maintenance on March 2nd. Right now it isa National Holiday in Korea so you will have to wait it out until the maintenance unless a GM comes back to kick you fast. Hope it helps .-. Sometimes it gets fixed by itself.

What I never really understood about dual log in error, is that if your logged on like normal and someone logs on your account it'll just kick you off to let them in. So what's really going on with the dual log in lol.

Yeah, I got confused about that too. If my character still online I can just simply login and it will be automatically kick off the server. But in this case, the dual has been lasted for 3and half days like WTF?!
