It's not a global server. It's the US server. It just so happens it acts like a global server. Also, regardless of server, there's still downtime for DN.

I think DN won't die for years still. Sometimes it looks icky 1-2 weeks before next patch then people come back again after update. Also the graveyard hour is a bad time for parties since people go to school and work so they are sleeping or there at work depends on time zone. I think the only ppl that are on at those times just stick together and run content cos its not worth it try to pug at the time. its been like this since forever. '-'
