I know how you feel. I wish I could trade you one of my tails for your wings. I'm currently at 2 necklaces, 2 decals, 3 tails, 0 wings. I've bought probably 500-600 eggs so far and I just got VIP on 4 characters in hopes to get them from daily eggs since they can be transferred via server storage.

Hi Dean50,

I e-mailed Cherry credits, you, and posted on your forum posts regarding my inability to play for 30 days and missing out on a lot of event rewards, especially the 3 free legendary Ice Dragon Furies. I also missed out on Irine's daily gifts from the Champion pass that I purchased and was looking for some reimbursement or compensation at least but have not received any responses.

Could I receive an update at least in regards to compensation?

TL;DR: Missed 30 days of DN due to server error on DN's part (email registration error), missed out on event rewards, sent in tickets + forum posts + messaged you but no response.

There are a couple of major bugs with with Pyromancer and Chaos Mage.

Pyromancer's Awakened Fire Wall has a very large chance to just do nothing at all - the character doesn't animate, the VFX plays, the skill goes on cooldown, but no damage is done.

Chaos Mage's Gravity well just does nothing 100% of the time. The character doesn't animate, the VFX plays, but no damage is done - the left click/right click options from the EX don't do anything either.

The animation of Chaos Mage's Focus Gravity is also missing, though the skill does actually work and do damage.

Bug list: -skills, -pvp

-Skills: sometimes in nest or pvp the skills gets canceled for no reason while u have ur cd refunded(sometimes not refunded)
*example: Gladiator parry sometimes triggers but then u see that it doesnt work, gets canceled and u get a refund on ur cd
*another example: air walking, when u get knocked up and u try to use evades, u end up just walking in the air

-pvp: lots of glitches and bugs and aircast

Before this update, the previous dailies which included lvl 90 twisted territory dungeons used to count for the "clear twisted territory 2 times' on daily missions list .

Apologies if someone has brought this up before in the other larger thread, but was the ability to view your exact ping by hovering over the ping bar in the upper right corner removed intentionally? I find just having the bars doesn't give enough info and it seems like an entirely unneeded change if it was on purpose.

I think there are so many stuffs currently we don't know.

To improve DN, I think our first step have to be making a list of bugs need to be fixed.

Honestly, currently there are so many stuffs we couldn't get even if you guys already complained so many times...

So, first of all, please let me know every bugs you experinced. You can write comment or reply to share the bugs.

I'll list up all of the issues and discuss about it during our team meeting.

Eydentity Games is currently focusing on direct communication with users as Game Manager especially for Dragon Nest.

But, for now, it is hard to collect all the spreaded complaints and suggestions at once for me (Because I'm newly involved and I am the only G/CM in our team)

I really hope to improve DN but just one GM's working is not enough to make the great goal.

So, please help me guys and please understand if I reply late. I'm in Korea and you know, time difference is very complicated.

It would seriously help if the two new dungeons (cathedral confession and the other) counted as twisted territory clears for the daily missions. Right now they dont, which is strange considered they are called Lvl 93 Twisted Territory.

Same here Mr. Dean,
make all costume tradable, it would be nice and for those player who always buy egg, so they can sell it instead of stack them in their inventory, thats so much waste if they cant sell it,
And think about this, what about those player that cant afford to buy egg in real money, how they can catch up if costumes gives a lot of stats,
i saw some player with almost the same gear and and of them has a higher stats because of costume, its not gonna be fair for player, coz everyone that playing DN is not all rich kid, Some or MOSt are just really in ove with the game.

and about destroyer class, i think its on all destroyer, our stats are unstable, it keeps changing, it affects our dmg, specially on raid, as a tank we destroyer depends on our hp, so its a big difference if our hp from 4.2m goes to 3.8m when buffing, its just 400k dif only but it makes a lot of difference on our class as a tank.


and another but its just minor issue for me is about iona spirit, ED said that send them a tiicket for those who have who have an issue on iona spirit and they gonna change it 1by1, i did send them and the patch is already done and still not working, i still cant grow my iona, anyway its just a minor issue for but

and one issue for me in the future is ED dont responds on ticket we send, some player getting banned on doing apple farm, and some of them wait for ED responds but nothing. I know it is not my problem that they got banned but it bothers me that if it happens to me, i would quit the game if that happens to me, coz all the time and effort will just gonna be wasted coz ED dont communicate with us.
so please communicate with us specially on big issue.

thats pretty much it for me, we know that it is hard for you guys to fix all of the bugs all together at the same time, but u guys can focus on 1problem, its much way easier for you guys, focus on what most players demand.

Lightbringer's Strike Ring is also applying weapon scroll effects into teammates and/or myself
