Their main server went out, so they used their backup server instead, without getting another backup. When THAT server went out, everything was lost. At least, I think that's what happened.

I am personally excited for this, however I am also with everyone with the worry of whether or not the transfer botches or not.
It would be a rage inducer to see that nothing transferred, or not everything transferred.
