    I submit a password change request, i would say its safe to assume their email server is messed up atm, just chill out and wait for them to fix it up.

          I agree with the original poster I downloaded and signed up on the 28th and requested email verification 4 times and NOTHING!!! They don't even have the courtesy to send an email saying that they are busy or whatever. I even went to the Eyedentity website and requested help nicely and NOTHING so FUCK Eyedentity I will never play any of their crap!!

                well it's too late now. we have zero access to our accounts. can't change account information..
                i sent my ticket on Thursday morning and still no reply. i thought they were only taking breaks on weekends.

                  this is the first time ive had this issue lol, and ive played/tried a ton of new games by older companies, newer companies, and this is the only time using a throwaway email for aol has given me any issue

                    You guys do realize it has nothing to do with Eyedentity right? They are sending the verification email the MOMENT you verify by logging in. It is your email provider that is flagging it as something that is BLOCKED. And therefore it is not going through, They already said they are working to try and get themselves unblocked but its not that easy. Heck they said they fixed yahoo within the 24 hours of servers opening. Stop blaming the wrong people.

                    Stop bringing up other games, blah blah blah, again it has NOTHING to do since Eyedentity is sending that email ASAP. Eyedentity isn't a big NA/English publisher so why would email providers let that go through? If you were able to get removed from the list as easy as sending an email then there would be literally no point in the block that email providers have.

                    Tickets are going through Cherry Credits, so again eyedentity has no control over that, however Cherry Credits is getting FLOODED with tickets. I made a ticket one after another and my number already jumped 6? I'm assuming they'd make the tickets in chronological order...

                    Everyone has to realize that both Cherry Credits and Eyedentity are 15 hours ahead of us(Unless its localized support). That means when they released the servers, it was already thursday evening. That means they only had friday to fix everything.

                      You're free to google whitelisting procedures, normal people have the same problem. Just because the company tells you one thing doesn't make it automatically true. It might only take 24 hours to whitelist, But the sending, confirmation, approval, and then whitelisting are all different steps. Lmfao. Seems like its too difficult for you to notice that though huh?

                      Its kinda funny, is it shaw.ca? Their employees say they don't have a white list(Hint hint, maybe all employees don't know what they're talking about?), Maybe that changed in the year or so, but oh well. Suite yourself.
