    pretty chapped i waited all night to play dn and for some weird ass reason i cannot verify my account. it says it exists, i have the correct sign in etc just cannot get the email verification so ty eyedentity you made me miss out on getting some new names :/

    Make sure you're checking spam folder as well.. Emails like to hide.

      I had this issue a few hours ago as well.
      I got on about an hour ago and it just worked. Might be something that's going around.

          Does nobody care to check spam folder these days? Mine popped up in 1 minute in spam folder when i tried to verify. Email service these days are very rough, they put any kind of email in spam if the sender is totally new or irregular.

          Also that behavior is uncalled for. this kind of behavior is the reason why more and more companies try to suppress free speech on internet.

          Well then create support thread and tell them which email service you are using. It is highly likely that your email service is outright rejecting the mail since the new eyedentity mail server is fresh and email service has no data on them.

                    Things were rather calm with nexon after a while. But this is just.. well, i'm not sure what to say other than express my disappointment with the community. However I suppose it's my fault for being deluded for 2 seconds that we had made enough improvement to actually not offend the team working for us to the point that they will be too hesitant to communicate (again)

                      Yeah I can't get the support/ticket system to work either. It's probably something that they are working on though. I'm sure their first priority was getting the game up. Everything else is probably secondary at this point.

                        I'm just curious as to if it's a problem similar to what I had before.
                        I used an ATT email so I wonder if that's why.
                        Would be easy to fix ourselves if we could switch emails, but nahhhhhh.
