i got my gears to +20

and...now what? It says I can upgrade my gear to the next tier once I get to lv20, but how do I ACTUALLY do that???????

Ok. Just one more thing, are the 95 accessories in the nest shop are better than 93 Theano accessories?
and what is this "elemental conversion" I keep seeing people mention in guides, but never explain what it is? I play a non-elemental class, is element damage even relevant for me?

yes they r better since they have % phys or magic damage scaling.

if you are a neutral element you want to convert to an element since it will raise your damage and take advantage of elemental debuffs that some classes have

ex. use a Lightning Flame conversion gem on main hand weapon then use 3 8% light gems on off hand and both rings

get shiny star fragment rings from ec accessory shop on marketplace to raise your elemental damage further
