  • Mail.com Wont even recive emails about the the transfer

    mail.com cant receive emails about the transfer not as spam or any other type of mail for some unknown reason. For many users my self included it makes the transfers impossible confirm which lead's to the infamous error 1007 when attempting login saying the transfer is unverified. Ive created some dummy account's from different email providers and waited 18 hours for the transfer to occur thus far on mail.com alternate emails like yahoo or aol may simply receive them as spam unlike mail which doesn't receive them at all . I use the default *************@mail.com format and not alternate address a response would be great

    I have the same issue. I use aol and mail.com. I havent received the confirmation mail yet on all 3 of my accounts and I am very frustrated :/

      this issue needs to handled carefully and fairly quickly to keep a lot of the player base from leaving out frustrations stemming from seemingly losing years worth of characters items and progress. A lot of the fan base had 500+ hours under there belt starting over is simply an asinine request to ask of them. I hope Eye really gets this fixed quickly.

        What's odd is that mail.com can accept the support ticket e-mails, but not the verification e-mails.

          Tickets are being sent from different sender than confirmation emails

            Ah figured, since this was said cherry credits rather than eyedentity.

          I there user name might be the reason so many emails refuse its similar to identity while ridiculous may be making we sites think there some kind of identity thieves or spammers trying to sell identity protection

                  Tried the forgot password tactic, didn't work.

                  Submitted ticket, got a response asking for at least 3 IGN data, and last login date. Been over 30 hours, no response. No emails.

                      I have a friend that's having the same problem she agreed to the transfer and uses a Comcast email and the verification emails(and the "Welcome to dragon nest) were never recieved. she is currently still waiting to hear back from a ticket sent yesterday really hope this gets resolved asap so i can play with my friends again.And hopefully no others have this problem.

                        Unfortunately the don't respond to tickets on weeks end well at that the email makes it seem that way
