mail.com cant receive emails about the transfer not as spam or any other type of mail for some unknown reason. For many users my self included it makes the transfers impossible confirm which lead's to the infamous error 1007 when attempting login saying the transfer is unverified. Ive created some dummy account's from different email providers and waited 18 hours for the transfer to occur thus far on mail.com alternate emails like yahoo or aol may simply receive them as spam unlike mail which doesn't receive them at all . I use the default *************@mail.com format and not alternate address a response would be great

I have a friend that's having the same problem she agreed to the transfer and uses a Comcast email and the verification emails(and the "Welcome to dragon nest) were never recieved. she is currently still waiting to hear back from a ticket sent yesterday really hope this gets resolved asap so i can play with my friends again.And hopefully no others have this problem.Current Main: Level 90 Ruina Amerith
