what are the only unique hero can i get on epic + epic hero synthesis ?
recent free fullmoon spirit starlight how to level it ? or it cant ?

I think you can only get either Enraged Orc Kim, Enraged Jasmine or Enraged Typhoon Kim from synthesis.
As for the free spirit, nope you can't grow it

you can get them from NM hero pouch. but they are extremely rare. Geraint, Argenta and Aisha also can get from Gatcha.

1. Yes. Rare Red Dragon Rings are not in regular Gacha Box. Only Epic (see image below)



2. All Rare and Epic Costume Rings CANNOT be traded. You CANNOT use Trade Warranty on them either.
3. All Rare and Epic Costume Rings CANNOT be shared via Cash Storage

Jellies can be used on +10 95 Epic/Unique. They can be used on +8 95 Legend Grade gear.

Yes Guild Costume and Combined Skill EXP Stage increases EXP gained by Heroes.

why people use 90 epic jade on genesis / rune L accessory instead of 93 jade?

do jade fail or break when you ups it to +15?

jade do fail if you don't use jelly but it won't break, epic weapon coupon give only 1 piece. as for other questions i'll let the more knowledgeable answer you.

2nd: Probably no gold or resources to enhance them
3rd: No - Using jelly will make the success rate into 100%
4th: One coupon for one item

1st: Find @Xenocho's computation about this matter. But as far as I know, Sadnyth/Prototype are better then Karahan by margin.
2nd: Oh well, I cant seem to find a reason why they use 90 epic jades. Maybe they are using Non-Refined Acce for Genesis. But for Rune, maybe no budget or preparing for Soon-to-be-crafted Gene Acce.
3rd: Jades NEVER BREAK instead they just FAIL. (if u are enhancing w/out jellies)
4th: 1 Coupon = 1 Weapon you pick.
