Why is there a system recommendation for specialisations???

It's been bugging me and cant find answers on google.

Why do some classes have a system recommendation over another spec???

Usually those are meant for "Beginners" an example would be that the swordmaster specialization is recommended because its far more easier to use than the mercenary, considering most of the skill animations on swordmasters are rather almost instantaneously cast, while mercenaries has to do those fancy spinning, and whatknot, so it would seem to be a "recommended" tag meant for players who are fairly new to the game, not to mention the game doesn't really offer that much tutorial about the things you need to do in the game, in order for players to know the do's and dont's they have to go through trial and error, which isn't ideal for a beginning player.

If the new player is smart enough, he/she would google things for these kind of things rather than trying it for themselves because there is literally no other choice to change job other than working hard to earn enough points for a change job scroll through BST points store, or buy a CJ Scroll through TH or Cash Shop.
