what does it contain? Conversion pouches worth 200kg? because i saw the chests are worth 3,000 gold, and the contents are 200kg worth? just a hunch, i really don't know what it is if its the same as those conversion pouches that turns any costume into unique grade with better stats.

can you elaborate? and also, if any costumes can be converted using these conversion costumes?

The conversion boxes are like Gacha boxes. If you are lucky you can get a conversion pouch for a particular part from it, the pouch can sell for around 200KG. The boxes themselves are worth 3KG.
Yes, conversion costumes work like normal costumes. However you can give it the look of any other costume(assuming you have it) and retain the stats. Image already added

same content as gacha boxes but with exclusives such as conversion pouches on them, contains lots of trash and 5 of the actual things you want.

Just to clear your misunderstanding, Conversion costume is NOT converting existing costume into Unique grade. It is obtained through the Conversion Pouch (200kg) from the Conversion Treasure Boxes (3kg) as a very rare reward.

so, i didn't saw it on cash shop, only in TH, where do you actually get them besides buying it on TH?

From cash shop, just that it is available only on certain durational events
