Just a small change / error fix, It's not the skill "Summon Puppet" , It's "Grudge Formation"

SCREAMER

• Grudge Formation
Removed the damage increase effect.
Added an effect that reduces the speed of the target.
- Reduced target action speed / movement speed by 20% (10% PVP)

※ Developer Comments:

• First of all, there is a problem that Screamer class can't use Phantoms Avenger skill and the problem of Grudge Formation skill positioning.
• So we removed Phantoms Avenger cooldown recovery rate and Grudge Formation increase damage effect. And as a result we added Grudge Formation reduce speed debuff.

The Lv95 Divine Grade Skill Effect Accessories are under development and details are subject to change. -KDN 5/17/2017
Starting from that date and now, there we no information and updates regarding this(not including any datamined stuffs).
And I think this content will be discussed by Developer K's notes soon.

My prediction that this accessory may be released together with the skill effect from Slayer equipment(Certain slayer skills are only found in datamining)
The max 2 equipment only restriction for Slayer equipment mentioned in previous conferences was not applied because one of the certain factor is that the current KDN slayer equipment having no skill effects. And I'm sure when Slayer mode update in SEA on October is that you're able to equip all Slayer armors if have just like in other advanced servers.
