here it is, i'm really not a Tempest user, but i do feel like pve skill builds is mostly straight forward...

as nvLite said, i made a wrong decision of maxing air pounce, so maybe you just need to leave it at lvl 1, and the rest of your SP you decide which to spend it

Maxing airpounce is ok.
I find it helpful on dq. Hahahaha
Pouncing monster's head and they die is fun, lol.
I did not maxed out my Kick Shot because that skill is a waste of sp if you are just going to use it to activate our class mastery; doing immediate left click then use binding shot.

A few changes u can play with:
- Bloom kick:
Up to personal playstyle, u can either max it for its decent short cd fast cast skill or as an opener to a punch smash combo. I use it quite often.
If not taking bloom kick, u probably won't even need to take Airpounce / spiral kick / eagle dive as well.

- Wise of owl
Up to u to take it if you want. It actually helps in somecomp on environments. I used to have it but not anymore.

- Twin shot max / lvl 16
You only need lvl 16 twin shot to learn the awakening skill. But if you got more SP to spare than you know what to do with, you can be like me and max it for the lulz. Spamming twin shot with no cd is kinda fun too.

Here is my build.

The rest of the points can go into whatever you want. I don't really like Spirit Shot, but it's up to you if you want to use it.

Use your Skill Up Crest on Double Somersault Kick if you have one.

Plates: Binding Shot DMG, Spirit Boost CD, Double Somersault Kick DMG, Blooming Kick DMG

You can substitute Blooming Kick DMG crest with something else, but most other skills don't really matter that much when it comes to damage output. Punch Smash, Double Somersault Kick and Binding Shot should be at the top when looking at Skill Description and should be the bulk of your damage.
