  • What am i doing wrong

Im a currently playing a gladiator, i have +20 full medea set but when ever i party with my guildmates i feel lackluster when i compare my DPS to theirs. i feel like they do more dmg than i do even tho they have neris sets( not trying to say that neris set is bad)
but shouldnt i feel the difference between our dps?

There are too many variables that can affect one's DPS capability over others. Gear is just one of those wide-range of variables. I suggest you get a hard-bound statistical evidence (e.g. comparison of DPS-meters after a Nest/Raid run) or narrow down those variables.
It'll help if you answer these questions first:

    1. What classes are you often run Nests/Raids with?
    2. Do they have Rare/Epic Costumes? Are they using a full Mirage/Prototype set costume accessories? Are you using both?
    3. Did you compare your over-all damage dealt using the DPS-meters?
    4. Am I using the correct skill build/plates for Gladiators? Am I optimizing my DPS skill rotation correctly?

Can you post a screenshot of your Gladiator's town stats? Like Crit Chance/Crit Damage, Stats and Attk Power (or maybe post the numbers of what I asked for to be safe).

I HIGHLY recommend you to compare the your DPS meters after Nest/Raid runs. Sometimes, you'll be surprised that you did the largest over-all damage compared to your partymates. As I started using Gladi, I too felt like I'm dealing way less damage than my partymates (I don't see the boss' HP get swept when I use main skills except for for FA), but got surprised that via the DPS-meter I found out that in the whole run I did the most damage.

In addition to Skyros, after check the factors that he mentioned, check if the classes theyre using are some of those OPs Rank SSS, however, even if theyre using OP classes and the only difference between you and them is that they have neris, you definitely are doing something wrong so you can refer to the sticked Gladi's guide right here in the warrior section to know about the skill build, plates and an optimal skill rotation.

Important factor is that you’re lacking of crit, im pretty sure they are using Agi jades or possess more crit than you.

They appeared, gleaming and victorious. Our Emperors, breathless, bathed you in savior's silk. Then came the sound. Across all our worlds, the ceremonial Naga drums. Ten solemn beats to declare the suffering was over. With each beat terror began to crush my throat. They were not stoic and silent. I tried to call out but only a strangled whisper escaped.
When the ninth beat rang a torrent of blood filled the stadium, loosed by divine blades. The drums, the Empire, fell silent forever.

Share your skill details and type of runs so that more experienced glads can figure if you are using the right skills sufficiently.

Can you screenshot your DPS meter when you run this week? Specially the Damage distribution part. If something is weirdly different in your Skill's damage distribution, it simply means your skill rotation is at fault here.

Do you have Limitation Plate (the one that gives Crit Dmg and Crit Dmg%) in your char?

As others have said, post your Damage/DPS/Skill Distribution after nest runs (open Damage Meter and go to "Dungeon" tab).

With your stats, getting 80~100m in IDN HC should be no problem. Also identify which nests/raids you are running. Unless you're a whale, you will always do craptastic performance in 95 content. 93 content will be your sweet spot, so I recommend posting results from those.

I'll be travelling tomorrow to our place with fibr internet, I can record and upload my gladiator run on IDN HC for you to use as a baseline.

Don't fret people doing more than you in some scenarios. Gladiators are king when you can throw out a ton of FA or 1-shot FA a boss at x1 or x2 (for 4-man nests), anything in between will kinda hurt your DPS output. Getting the most DPS also involves a lot of moving, and non-stop attacking (this includes parrying). Drop your MP regen plate, the only non-damage plate you should be using is FA CD.

Personally, I'm using Evasion Damage, Line Drive Damage, Front Shove Damage, and FA CD*. In a no-Calypse party, my gladiator can do just about higher than any other class I've run with so far.

        * - I'm not sure if this is common knowledge by now, but they've changed CD plate mechanics from going ( 18s x 0.8 = 14.4s ) to ( [45s * 0.8] - 27s = 9s ) this effectively means that using FA CD plate gives you a total of 50% CD when you have FA EX. FA CD plate is only good for long, drawn-out bosses where you can take advantage of multiple FAs, for nests that are relatively soft and 1-shottable, damage plate is better.

It was said that the extremely low CD of FA is a bug, but it is interesting that you found the math behind it.

Same thing goes for MBD. Original CD plate would go something like ( 6s * 0.8 = 4.8s) but in actuality it's ( [14s * 0.8] - 8s = 3.2s ). Though I can't imagine someone insane enough to actually use MBD CD at 3.2s. I've tried it and you will not be able to keep up.

Though I'm not sure if it's a bug or not, but hey, everyone knew RM was bugged and still kept using it, why shouldn't we?
