Returned hero

i have level 5 character and it's returned hero when i entered the dungeon and finish it i can't get any 50% increased in experience ... can someone fix this ...

Did you equipped the RH title, the one in highlighted purple colour?

you probably never equipped your RH title, you need to use the coupon with the title and then pick the title as either ability or cover title on the title button located just down below your character window when you press the hotkey "O" on your keyboard
