Beyond The Wall Bug?

Beyond The Wall can be buff wiped now after 19oct pach and on a lower priority the recoil after use it cant be cancelled, i really want to know if this is a bug or the bug was the fact that couldn't be buff wiped. If this is how it should be i think will be pretty sad for Machina because i really feel this made BTW a little special against HC from Destro and GF from Guard even if the ridiculous protection stays the same (without mention the weird-random cast and the only 10s duration).
