I just woke up this morning, and dragon nest became so slow. and I always disconnect.

After the cinematic scene. I type my username and password, click login. It takes so looooooong before it lets me choose a server. and after picking a server, It is happening again. I can go to the saint haven but it is so barely. and If I got succeed going to saint haven, I will disconnect. My first opening and playing dragon nest is fine. But I disconnected when I am half done in a dungeon dq.

it is just all happened this morning.

update: I am not the only one who experiences this. but some of my other friends playing dragon nest is just fine.

it is much better if you post your Log File here, the history written on it shall provide information incase anyone who has knowledge about this matter to help you out!
Directory of Log Folder:
Local Disk *:\Cherry Credits\Dragon Nest\Log
The * is your local Disk name, just find your Dragon Nest folder, open up your latest Log (descending list would be from previous to latest, so scroll down your folder, check the date on the log files, pick the latest where you have experienced the disconnection issue)

maybe your ISP or Internet Service Provider, or your internet is having problems as of now.

there are many ways of trying to fix internet connectivity issues when playing online games such as DN, and one of them is to restart your router, wait for atleast 5 minutes before turning it on again, and turn it back on.

you can also change the DNS Address that your internet uses and instead of using their own, you can use google's DNS address, this might help on your connectivity issue (i think? )

Method:

1. Search for your wifi/internet status Icon on your task bar
2. if you are using windows 7/8 left click on it | Right Click on it
3. click on "Open Network and Sharing Center"
4. Find your "Connections" or find the SSID of your WiFi/Internet Connection and left click on it
5. Click "Properties"
6. Then search for "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and double left click on it
7. on the General Tab you see, if you see the selection box just below on the DNS Address options, if it is checked or dotted on "Obtain DNS Server Automatically" Click the other option of
   "Use The Following DNS Server"
8. on the "Preferred DNS Server" type in four number 8's (Ex. 8 . 8 . 8 . 8 ) on each individual spaces separated with dots
9. on the "Alternate DNS Server" type in the following numbers: 8 . 0 . 8 . 0
10. After that press OK

If this method doesn't work, you just have to wait until someone notices your thread that could actually help you out on your problem!

and, there is one more thing that could be the issue for your disconnection... that is your internet is might be being used by someone else inside your house, and if your internet plan is slower than 5mbps and 2~3 family members or persons are using the WiFi, maybe that's the case and they are simultaneously watching videos on youtube, or browsing the internet, using facebook, most of it will make your ping go high!
