Help purchasing newbie packge

title says.. it wont let me purchase for some reason, and I have enough eyecash, but it says "cart contans item that cant be purchased with eyec limitless hero exp scroll"

what type of currency are you using? EYEC? if you are trying so with EYEC, you might be restricted to purchase that item... EYEC has limitations on purchase on some items, EYET that was converted from CC doesn't.

Its so weird you get restrictions using eyec @@ I mean you pay for that with real money so why does DNP (which is an event currency) get less restrictions than actual in game currency you bought with real cash @@.
