Can't Log IN (ID & PW dot match "1001")

I can not LOG IN today after I re-Download the game, because the PC got restore to its initial state yesterday, anyway after installing again, it won't log me on game, I use the same password and ID. It gives me the 1001 thing.

I go to your homepage to change my in-game password, I forgot the password on site so I click the forgot password button but It won"t recognize my e-mail address, its like I didn't even exist. I check my email and there still the letter I got after transfer from cherrry.. I don't know Why this happen

what ID did you type in? i hope its the email address of your account and not a user name you are using on when the handler of the game was still Cherry Credits

use email as ID
