Disconnected from the Server

I'm unable to play the game as this message keeps popping up every few minutes so I cannot complete any dungeon.

I have tried reinstalling but it doesn't work. Is there any way to solve this problem?

it only means your internet connection sucks, and your ip address your computer currently using is affected by connection issues from your internet connection from your ISP server, through the server on singapore, where our server for DN SEA is located.

that's normal if you're from the philippines, i am assuming you are right?

try Using this DNS :
on network adaptor or wireless adaptor on TCP/IP IPv4

set this DNS and Relog your DN Game client

that won't work, that's only using google's default dns and not the IP address itself, it will only able you to access all the sites that your default DNS can't access from before (eg. here in the philippines we cannot visit certain adult sites, so using 8.8.8.8 , 8.0.8.0 on our choice of DNS will let us visit those sites)

IP Address is fixed when using a router, but definitely when using a wireless modem will let you easily change your IP ADDRESS easily, but it will take some time and a hassle to find out if you are using the right IP add. to play without any lag.

I'm from singapore actually theres always no lag or connection problems but it just suddenly disconnects

you should probably inquire at 1:1 support on their main website, tell them about your issue and also include a screenshot of your game and tell them the full detail of your internet speed, summarize it but with detailed explanation
