can someone plss help me i cant log in my account in the game but i can log in my account in dragon nest sea cherry credits page

it seems you have not transferred your data from cherry credits to ED, Cherry Credit isn't the contract holder of the DN SEA server anymore and they have wiped all the data that has not been transferred before april 15th, all accounts that has not been transferred is lost and you have to start from the beginning, best of luck.
