create account problem!!

I cant create account it always says You have exceeded the number of accessible account per IP.
pls help me

it means you have created too many accounts already, you will have to wait another day or minimum of 24 hours to be able to create an account again.

if you are playing on an internet cafe, then there might be other people who just created accounts same as you were planning to.

If you want to bypass this, search in google "TOR BROWSER" download it, put the entire folder onto your desktop, open the TOR Browser, wait and then visit the main website for DN SEA and try to create your account.
