How to fix "Connection from this IP is blocked" problem??

Do you live in the Philippines though? That country shouldn't be blocked. If you do live there and are still blocked then the only thing you can do is either contact ED directly or use a VPN to play

Can you give us more detail about your ISP? and where are you playing whether you're in an internet cafe or you own a PC at home.

Also, if your connection is blocked probably you're one of those people that got blocked accidentally or unintentionally, can't really explain anything else other than its ED's fault
